Management was very proactive and would periodically check on your performance and personal outlook on the store as a whole, your area of focus, you likes and dislikes, etc. Typical day would start with a shift meeting, then move on to tech support with customers one on one, then move to training sessions in either group or one on one sessions, lunch, then repeat.
